Cardholders can make payments in the following ways:
- Through your online account
- Through the My Prosper Card app
- By giving us a call
- By mail
To make a payment online, you'll first have to register for an online account at http://www.prospercards.com/. If you've already registered, you won't need to register again.
Once registered, you can log into your account and make a payment by selecting Payments. From there, you can pay your full balance or your minimum payment due, enroll in AutoPay, and more.
To make a payment using the My Prosper Card app, you will need to download the My Prosper Card app from the App store or Play store, and register for an online account. If you've already registered, you won't need to register again.
Once registered, you can log in to the app and make a payment by selecting Pay Balance. From there, you can pay your full balance or your minimum payment due, enroll in AutoPay, and more.
Payments by Phone
You can pay over the phone by using our automated payment service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or by speaking with a member of the Prosper® Card customer service team between Monday through Friday, 8am–10pm EST.

Payments by Mail
Before mailing your payment, make sure to include your name and your Prosper® Card account number written on the check, cashier's check, or money order.
To pay by mail, make your payment out to Prosper Funding, LLC, and send it to the appropriate address below.
