What can I do if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?

Call us at 800-903-4697, Mon–Sun, 8 AM–10 PM ET to report your card lost or stolen. You can also lock your card to prevent unauthorized transactions by selecting “Lock or Unlock Card” from the My Card page of the dashboard.
