Recurring Orders are different from Auto-Invest. If you want to pause or turn off Auto-Invest, visit this article instead.
To deactivate your Recurring Order:

Sign in to your online Prosper account.
- View Your Investments page.
- Near the bottom of the page in the “Automated Investing” section, select “Edit” located next to “Recurring Order is ON.”

On the “Recurring Order” page, select “Turn off” located in the bottom right of the screen.

Once you are redirected to your Investor My Account page, you will see a banner confirming that your Recurring Order has been turned off successfully.
Please know that if you decide to turn on Auto Invest, this will pause your Recurring Order. If you need additional help, feel free to contact us.
